RETURN & REFUND POLICY
What is your Return Policy?
If you need to return your online purchase for whatever reason, we will be happy to issue a refund. The only things we ask are that the return is made within 14 days from the date of purchase, the item(s) are unused, include all tags and package has not been opened. Please note due to health concerns, items that have been opened and/or tried on are not eligible for refund.
Once your return is received and inspected please allow no more than five business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your original method of payment. We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your refund as fast as possible, but please bear in mind that depending on your credit card company, there may be an additional amount of time before the already approved credit is reflected in your account. If you wish to exchange an item for any reason, the quickest and simplest way to do this is to place a new order for the item you want and return the other item for a refund. Please note in exception of California Civil Code, Section 1723; All swimwear and underwear is non-returnable. What is your Refund Policy?
All refunds issued will be in the amount of the product cost only. Shipping and handling costs or any additional surcharges for shipping are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you choose to return your order for an exchange, new shipping and handling charges will be applied to your second order as applicable.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM
What is your policy regarding defective or wrong items received?
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 7-days of delivery if a defective or incorrect item was received. If we are not contacted until after the 7-day period regarding a defective or incorrect item received, the customer will not be eligible for a complimentary replacement or store credit.
